THE CONTROLLED BURNING. BP is not allowing workers to continue efforts to rescue endangered animals ( Such as the kemp’s ridleys sea turtle) from controlled burning sites. Probably because they destroy the evidence of violation, avoiding fees up to $25,000USD per incident. 
In my personal opinion, this Gulf Spill was orchestrated to push Cap n trade. Cover ups, media black out, the selling of 44% of their stock PRE-oil spill, making a killing in insurance, Haler Burton’s involvment…too convenient. 
~The Dr is rather vexed.
